Sponsorship Opportunities at SCUP 2019

Build awareness of your firm and connect with leaders who understand the value of collaborative planning on their campus by sponsoring at the conference. Explore the options listed below. SCUP is open to additional opportunities! Contact us if you have questions or ideas to share.

All sponsors will receive the following (each sponsor type includes one or more additional benefits):

  • Acknowledgement in conference program, conference mobile app, website, on-site signage
  • Sponsor badge ribbon
  • Electronic lists of pre-registered attendees at eight (8) and three (3) weeks prior to the conference (Note: This list will only include those attendees who have consented to have their information shared with exhibitors or sponsors.)
  • Final list of attendees emailed post conference (Note: This list will only include those attendees who have consented to have their information shared with exhibitors or sponsors.)
  • Please note sponsorship descriptions and benefits are subject to change without notice but every attempt will be made on the part of SCUP to provide value to the sponsoring firm.

Sponsor the activity in the SCUP Commons known as Tech Demo Bar, which will feature emerging technology (hardware or software) of use to our members. Sponsor can either be a software or hardware company and demo their own product (pending approval from SCUP) or they can host the activity and SCUP staff will find firms to demo one or more of their technology products.

New Member, First-Time Attendee Reception

Sunday afternoon gathering of attendees who are new to SCUP or the annual conference hosted by the SCUP Membership Committee. This event is wildly popular with attendees both new and long-standing. The event involves food, a fun game that introduces SCUP to participants, and prizes. All attendees are welcome to attend.
