Before you start filling out the call for proposals form, you can check out the questions here.
The conference committee will select among many proposals, some of which may be similar, and will seek balance among topics and areas of importance to attendees. Proposals of equal merit cannot in all instances be selected if the result would be an imbalance in the conference’s overall topical coverage. Although not required, institutional participation in the presentation team will receive higher consideration than a team without institutional representation. We intend to select a comparable number of each of the delivery styles.
The deadline to submit a proposal for the SCUP 2021 Pacific Regional Conference is October 22.
