The North Central Regional Council represents members from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Manitoba, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Ontario, Sasketchwan, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Africa, and the Middle East.
