Tracy McTavish-Mlady
Director of Institutional Effectiveness
Metropolitan Community College
Omaha, NEWith more than fifteen years of experience in research at institutions of higher education, Tracy is currently the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at Metropolitan Community College in Omaha. In this role she helps the college make data-informed decisions to improve student achievement and also serves on an executive team implementing the College’s strategic plan. Tracy is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with a Masters of Educational Administration – Higher Education Administration. Tracy is a SCUP member and has been on the North Central Region since 2020.
