Austin, TXAs an architect with over a decade of experience, Sara serves as the Academic Market Sector Manager at Page – directing national academic business development. Hailing from the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities, and now based in beautiful Austin, Texas— Sara’s focus in higher education is positioned between the intersection of promoting innovation, collaboration, wellness, and sustainability through design excellence.
Sara’s ongoing work with institutions to promote engagement between academic research, industry, community, and student performance is informed by her research and programming for student life environments. Her enduring commitment to organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, the Society for College and University Planning, the Greater San Marcos Partnership, and Opportunity Austin—coupled with her active engagement in the Public Private Partnership project development community—has contributed to her role of building effective teams and meaningful relationships. Throughout her career, Sara has been driven to deliver innovative academic environments supporting institutional and student success.
Sara currently serves as the membership chair for the SCUP Southern Regional Council.
