Pittsburgh, PARaymond Sinagra, an architect and principal with Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc, has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of architectural practice, from programming and design through production of contract documents and construction administration. This experience includes design and project management positions in consultant, institutional, and government organizations. Sinagra has extensive experience and insight involving the management, operation, and maintenance of higher education and science and technology facilities, having designed many collegiate buildings and renovation projects and having served on the staff in the facility departments of two major universities. He earned a BArch and a BFA in industrial design, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
