JoEllen has over 25 years of experience in facilities planning, project management, financial management and human resource administration.  Prior to joining Comprehensive Facilities Planning, JoEllen was the Associate Director of Space Planning at Indiana University where she developed short and long-term space and academic plans; collaborated with provosts, deans, and department chairs to assess space needs; identified funding; evaluated requests for space and identified solutions to address space issues.  With this broad experience, JoEllen brings a unique understanding of space and facility issues.  This ability to relate to these challenges and responsibilities allows her to leverage both perspectives to achieve a successful outcome.
