Ester Plavdjian is studying psychology with an emphasis on social and behavioral sciences. She enrolled at Cypress College after graduating from Western High School, where she was involved in Raising Student Voices and Participation, Fashion Club, Key Club, and Health Occupations Club. Through the Allied Health Academy, Ester received the opportunity to intern at Kaiser Permanente. Her success at Kaiser earned her Senate, Legislative, and Congress awards. Ester was a swimmer in high school, and even helped coach during her third year on the team. Her desire to participate in campus activities only grew stronger when she transitioned to Cypress College. Ester is a member of Associated Students; first serving as the Activities Coordinator, and now, as the Student Trustee. Ester’s long-term goal is to open her own practice as a general practitioner.
