Doug Laditka
Associate Vice President for Facilities Management & Development
Albion College
Doug Laditka has over twenty years of experience in higher education facilities management, including construction, custodial grounds, EH&S fleet management, materials management, purchasing, contracts, post office, auxiliary functions, infrastructure and utilities. He currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Facilities Management and Development at Albion College. Laditka has a passion for facilities management, and is a champion for the next generation of facilities leaders who leverage modern management tactics and rely heavily on technology to create efficient and productive teams. He is president-elect for MAPPA and has served on the MAPPA board for the past 10 years. Laditka resides in Marshall, MI with his wife Robyn, and children Will (14) and Anna (10).
