Annie Selak, Ph.D. (she/her/hers) is Associate Director of the Georgetown University Women’s Center. An expert in feminist theology, Dr. Selak’s forthcoming book, The Wounded Church, addresses racism, sexism, and clericalism in the Catholic Church in the United States. She has over 15 years experience in Catholic education, centering on gender equity. Her work has appeared in The Washington Post, The Conversation, Commonweal, America, and the National Catholic Reporter.
