New this year, the entire conference experience will be hosted on an event platform! From one place, you’ll be able to build a session calendar, attend sessions, visit sponsors, and connect with other attendees.
On Wednesday, July 7, all registered attendees were sent an email from sender name: SCUP Events, email address email@example.com with an invitation to join the conference. Please check your spam filters if you didn’t find it in your inbox.
Process to Follow:
All ON DEMAND sessions can be found on the Hubilo Agenda page, July 12 from 8:00-9:00 AM. These sessions will be available at any time during the conference.

Yes, sessions that qualify for CEUs are noted at the end of the session description.

Recordings will be posted within 2 business days of their live presentation date. Only keynote and concurrent sessions will be recorded.
Yes! To be eligible for credits from a recording, an evaluation and a 10 question quiz must be taken. Credits from recordings will be available August 2.
The SCUP website list of registrants includes only those who have opted in.

The list is currently available online only; after the conference, we will send you a PDF list via email to all full conference registrants.
The platform attendee’s list includes all registrants of the conference. Attendees can manage their privacy settings in their profile, and opt-out of showing contact information.
Yes, closed captioning will be shown for all sessions.
Currently, the only way to submit a session evaluation is by recording CEU attendance. Follow the instructions listed under “Live Sessions (Face-to-Face and Virtual) / Using Your Browser / How to Submit Attendance”.
We are working to improve this process for future conferences.
The transcription service cannot be disabled. While transcription technology is still evolving and is not yet ideal, we appreciate your understanding as it is a core value for SCUP to provide an equitable and inclusive learning environment.
