Abstract: This session will explore current shared service models that have achieved winning results for the campuses they serve, including financial successes, space efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Identifying opportunities to develop efficiencies among staff roles and campus space can be useful ways to save money and provide a higher level of service through co-location.
