With over 15 years of experience in higher education facilities management, space planning, and project delivery, he has shaped strategic campus planning initiatives at both Virginia Tech and Radford University. His expertise spans campus space allocation, utilization analysis, and integrating planning tools to align facilities with institutional goals. Now, in the later stage of his career, William is pursuing a Master of Science in Architecture at Virginia Tech, blending decades of practical experience with advanced academic study.
