Todd joined the Perry Dean team in 2007, and has a great deal of experience with complex projects for distinguished college and university clients. Todd’s experience in all phases of a project, from programming and conceptual design to oversight of construction, provides him with a critical understanding of the implications for the built project. Todd was the Lead Designer of the Library Annex, working in close conjunction with Miller Boskus Lack as Executive Architect. A 2019 winner of an AIA New England Excellence in Architecture Merit Award, an AIA Arkansas Honor Award and a WoodWorks Wood Products Council Design Award for Wood in Schools, the Library Annex is one of Todd’s most accomplished projects.
