Tina Dee, MS, CRFM, is Director of Strategic Initiatives at Muskegon Community College (MCC), where she supports integrated planning efforts and leads initiatives that connect strategic priorities to measurable outcomes. Since joining MCC in 2009, she has overseen brand management, marketing, alumni relations, and fund development. She was appointed to her current role in 2016 in recognition of her strength in analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational leadership.

Tina brings more than 30 years of experience in communications and strategic planning, including prior roles directing communications for large nonprofit organizations. She also taught for 15 years as an adjunct professor in the School of Communications at Grand Valley State University.

She holds a Master of Science in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations, both from Grand Valley State University, as well as a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from Indiana University.
