Stacey Randall
Executive Dean for Institutional Effectiveness & Title V Project Director
Waubonsee Community College
Dr. Stacey Randall serves as the Executive Dean for Institutional Effectiveness and Title V Project Director at Waubonsee Community College. Dr. Randall has co-authored and implemented three consecutive Department of Education Title V grants for Waubonsee, as well as overseeing the college’s grants portfolio, managing the data, analytics, and research functions at the college, and supporting strategic planning and accreditation work. Dr. Randall received a Ph.D. in American History from Northern Illinois University in 2009, a Masters in History from NIU in 2000, and Bachelors degrees in History and Political Science from Millikin University in 1998. In addition, Dr. Randall completed a graduate certification in Educational Research Methodology from the University of Illinois Chicago and completed the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) Planning Institute in 2019 and serves as a Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission.
