Rosalie Carpenter
Vice President of Student Affairs
Seton Hill University
Greensburg, PARosalie Carpenter currently serves as the vice president for student affairs at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Her professional experience spans over 20 years in student services administration, retention, co-curricular learning, facility planning, accreditation, and strengths-based leadership.
She completed her Ed.D. at the University of South Alabama, and her dissertation focused on the Effects of Executive Leadership on Strategic Planning in Higher Education. She received a Master of Science degree in Positive Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Master of Education degree in Higher Education from the University of South Carolina. Her national presentations and scholarship have focused on leading strategic realignments with institutional values, creating synergy between academic affairs and student affairs, and creating pathways for student success through acculturation to collegiate culture.
