Robert H. Morro

Bob Morro has a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MS in civil engineering (construction management) from the University of Maryland at College Park. He spent twenty years in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania.  Bob has been the head of Facilities at Villanova for eighteen years and is responsible for facility planning, design and construction; maintenance of buildings and grounds; custodial services; and environmental safety and health.
