Working within the Provost’s organization at the University of Virginia, Richard S. Minturn AIA is Senior Academic Facility Planner, integrating academic plan space needs and facility strategies for the schools and academic units. He helps the schools link their academic plans to space needs and facility strategies, and helps the Provost look across the University for common themes and opportunities in academic space. He has presented at SCUP national and Mid-Atlantic conferences.
