St. Louis, MODale Harvey is a Practice Lead for IBI Group, a global professional services company in the design and consulting industry. He oversees several offices in California and multiple national teams of architects and designers in the world of innovating Infrastructure, Buildings & Intelligence projects. As an Industry Executive, Dale has over 30 years of development experience and leadership in planning, design and construction across multiple business lines and markets including Higher Education, Civic, Healthcare, Master Planned Communities, Urban Redevelopment, Multi-Family Housing and Mixed-Use Development utilizing many forms of project delivery and financing including Public Private Partnerships. Dale is a master at facilitation and connecting clients with the right teaming sources in order to make projects market right and business successful. In addition to his role as member of the SCUP Council and Chair for the North Central Region, Dale is a member of the Construction Owners Association of America (COAA), Urban Land Institute (ULI) Member and trainer for the Urban Plan Program serving public, government and community leaders in the modern and smart planning of urban cities.
