Dale Harvey is the Principal and Practice Group Manager for Education | U.S. East at Arcadis, a global company with over 400 offices and 36,000 professional services staff in the design and consulting industry. He oversees the growth of the Education business in the U.S. East, while maintaining active involvement with Higher Education institution clients and Arcadis teams in the U.S. West. As an Industry Executive, Dale has over 30 years of experience and leadership in planning, design and construction in Higher Education, Civic, Healthcare, Master Planned Communities, Urban Redevelopment, Multi-Family Housing and Mixed-Use Development using all forms of project delivery and financing including Public Private Partnerships. Dale is also a trained facilitator. A Past SCUP Council member and Chair for the North Central Region, Dale is active in SCUP in all five Regions and is a member in other related organizations including the Construction Owners Association of America (COAA) as a Chapter Leader and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) as a trainer for the Urban Plan Program.
