Dr. Peter Moran, Associate Dean for Policy and Planning, leads the Office of Planning and Institutional Research (OPIR) at Penn State Altoona. Moran supports the institutional research needs of the campus and collaborates with units to develop and implement their strategic plans. He also coordinates Penn State Altoona’s college-wide assessment advisory group and serves on a number of University-wide strategic planning and institutional research committees. Moran earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Penn State and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
