Paul Zinck
Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration
Saint Louis Community College
STLCC named Paul Zinck vice chancellor of finance and administration in February of 2016. Previous to this appointment, he was acting vice chancellor for finance and administration and was also controller. Paul is the chief financial officer for the District and is responsible for all activity related to STLCC’s budget, accounting and finance. He directs financial aspects of the self-funded health insurance and coordinates activities and administration of insurance programs. He also oversees the engineering and design department, District facilities and auxiliary business enterprises and performs duties as treasurer for the STLCC Board of Trustees. - Topics
