Nicole Kemp

British Columbia, CanadaNicole is a facilities management and development leader with experience in post-secondary, health care, and government planning and projects and a volunteer mentor with the Women’s Infrastructure Network (WIN). An experienced designer and planner, Nicole has been involved in the planning and development of spaces and buildings across a spectrum of sectors, from residential to institutional to industrial. Leveraging her diverse experience, Nicole guides the development and management of spaces and facilities as the Director, Campus Planning & Capital Projects at Camosun College where she is focused on building a thriving campus community. Nicole has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the areas of asset and space management, project management, capital planning, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and team management and development. Nicole is a passionate ally and advocate for inclusive spaces and has championed several initiatives to mitigate or eliminate intersectional barriers to access within the physical environment.
