Natalie is a Principal in Shepley Bulfinch’s Houston, Texas studio where she prioritizes high
performance design and user experience. Her work primarily centers in higher education,
civic, and healthcare, with current and recent projects: UH Law, City of Houston Montrose
Library, and Penn Med Princeton Health Cancer Center and Master Plan. Before her journey
at Shepley Bulfinch began, Natalie was a project designer at ZGF Architects in Los Angeles,
where she focused on large-scale research and healthcare projects. Her work has been
recognized in publications such as Architect Magazine and Architectural Record and has
received many design awards from most notably R&D Magazine, Contract Magazine,
Design-Build Institute of America, and AIA / AAH. Natalie understands how design can
improve the user experience and building performance, guiding teams to create innovative,
sustainable, personal, and purposeful design.
