Nasrin Fatima serves as the Associate Provost for Institutional Research, Effectiveness, and Planning at Binghamton University. In her capacity, Fatima oversees and coordinates internal and external reporting of official university statistics and data files, conducts research studies and analyses of university data in support of key campus initiatives, decision making, and budget/enrollment/strategic planning, oversees the University’s Operational Data Store, and leads the implementation of an enterprise-wide data warehouse. Fatima also serves as the MSCHE ALO for the university and oversees campus-wide accreditation, student learning assessment as well as operational outcome assessment activities. Fatima’s professional affiliations include AERA, AIR, AIRPO, ANNY, ASHE, NEAIR, and SCUP. Fatima has completed the SCUP Planning Institute and supports SCUP through convening and serving as a Planning Academy Institutional Direction committee member. Fatima has presented at SCUP North Central, SCUP 48, SCUP 50, and at many other conferences. She has published a number of scholarly papers.
