Mickey Williford, MPA, is a solution-focused, community-minded professional who is skilled in accreditation, strategic planning, event coordination, program evaluation, document management, and editing. She serves as Augusta University’s (AU) vice president for institutional effectiveness and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges liaison, having worked as the project leader for updating AU’s strategic plan. Williford provides leadership to the institution through planning, assessment, data analysis and reporting, performance monitoring and improvement, and project management. She holds a bachelor of arts in English and a master of public administration as well as currently pursuing a doctor of public administration.
