Michelle Santoro, CPSM, is director of business development for Skanska’s Philadelphia office. She leads the strategic and business development efforts focused on clients in healthcare, education, commercial, and life science markets, while supporting existing client relationships.

She started her career as a marketing coordinator with Gilbane Philadelphia, then transitioned to business development with HSC Builders. While living in New York, she worked with R Bailey Consulting to independently represent multiple industry firms (EwingCole, Alter+Care, and Bohler Engineering). She continued working with EwingCole when she relocated back to Philadelphia, and then joined Skanska in 2016.

She has been an active member of SCUP since 2010 in both the Mid-Atlantic Regional Council and the North-Atlantic Regional Council. She currently serves as the membership chair for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Council. Santoro earned her CPSM in 2013, and has held multiple board positions with the SMPS Philadelphia and New York chapters.
