Meredith is an architect and the Arts, Community, and Higher Education Practice Group Leader for the Minneapolis office. As a leader she focuses on strong communication and empathetic listening to inspire trust and collaboration. She has diverse project experience and works closely with clients to understand strategic project goals and ensure that those goals are carried through in impactful design solutions.

Meredith also contributes to the broader professional community through her various roles in AIA Minnesota and the Minnesota Architectural Foundation. Her contributions led her to be recognized with a national AIA Young Architects Award in 2020.
