Melissa Beardmore
Vice President
Anne Arundel Community College
As vice president, Melissa Beardmore manages and is responsible for the college’s operating and capital budgets totaling over $180 million. As part of the college’s senior executive team reporting to the President, Beardmore provides leadership on a number of issues including development, implementation and assessment of the college’s strategic plan. She also oversees the departments of Auxiliary Services; Business and Financial Resources; Facilities Planning and Construction; Facilities Maintenance and Construction; Risk Management; Human Resources; Document and Copy Services; Strategic Communications; and Public Safety and Police. Beardmore is a board member of the Eastern Association of College Business Officers (EACUBO), a member of the EACUBO Program & Services Committee and former chair of the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) community colleges council. Beardmore has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and is a licensed certified public accountant in Maryland.
