Lynn Priddy

Dr. Lynn Priddy is the President and CEO of Claremont Lincoln University. Over her career, she has served institutions engaged in strategic change. In 2020, she has served as an executive advisor and provost emeritus in an institutional turn-around, as a board member and consultant through a merger and acquisition, and as an interim VPAA and strategic advisor for an innovative start-up institution focused on social change. Her roles include stepping into interim academic and senior leader roles for institutions in significant periods of change.  In 2021, Dr. Priddy was appointed President and CEO of Claremont Lincoln University, a graduate university focused on socially conscious education, ethical leadership, and positive social and environmental change. Formerly, Lynn served as Provost/CAO for National American University, which provided online and ground associate through doctoral degrees in +35 campuses across 11 states. She led a multi-year turn-around of the institution from a primarily ground-based institution to a fully online university in mid-2020. For fourteen years, she served the Higher Learning Commission of NCA, the largest regional accreditor–the last seven years as VP of Accreditation Services. While at HLC, she played a pivotal leadership role in the conceptualization of NCA‚ proposed new accrediting process, Pathways, and continues to direct its development. She was founding director of the commission‚ Academy for Assessment of Student Learning, serving as associate director. Priddy holds a BA and teacher education post-baccalaureate from State University of New York College at Geneseo, an MA in English and curriculum and instruction from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and a PhD in higher educational assessment, evaluation, and research from Capella University.
