Larry Gleason is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and LEED accredited professional. He has worked for CPMI, Inc, a construction consulting and management company, for more than 38 years. He is a past member of the SCUP Board and the Facilities Planning Academy. He has presented at ten regional and national SCUP conferences, including concurrent sessions and a preconference workshop on linking budgeting and cost management with facility planning. He has also presented at conferences for Project Kaleidoscope, International Facility Management Association, and Council of Educational Facility Planners International. His articles on cost and construction management have been published in regional and national magazines, including American School and University. He is an advisor to Grinnell College on multiple phase projects facilitating designer and construction manager selection, contracts, scope and budget.
