Kristen Hendrickson
Vice Chancellor for Business Affairs and Chief Financial Officer
University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
Stevens Point, WIKristen Hendrickson serves as the vice chancellor for business affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Hendrickson formerly served as executive director of Administrative Support and Knowledge Center and director of budget and resource planning at UW-Eau Claire. She has also worked at UW-River Falls, UW System in Madison, and Illinois State University, Normal in budget, strategic planning, research, and policy analysis roles.
She leads about 160 full-time employees in a division that includes facility services, financial operations, budget and planning, human resources, capital planning and budget, risk management, sustainability, parking services, and protective services. As chief financial officer of the university, Hendrickson is responsible for UW-Stevens Point’s $219-million operating budget.
Hendrickson is finishing her doctorate in higher education administration at Illinois State University. She holds a master’s degree in history from the University of South Florida and a bachelor’s in international affairs at Florida State University.
