Kevin Smith
Partner
Robert A.M. Stern Architects
As a partner at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Kevin Smith designs buildings that create traditions, shape community, and define a sense of place. Kevin enjoys exploring new ideas in close collaboration with his clients and with the RAMSA team, frequently using models to understand and illustrate how a building can enrich our lives at every scale – from the individual to the entire city.
Kevin doesn’t design buildings in any singular style. Rather, he designs buildings to make an impact, and all his projects share a strong connection to the public realm. He is presently developing a new building for the Conway School of Nursing at Catholic University, and a new academic building for Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
Kevin is a member of the AIA, The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the Urban Lands Institute, and the Society for College and University Planners.
