Joan L. Bush, Ed.D, is the Dean of Educational Support Services at Community College of Philadelphia and has served in this role for nine years. Previously, she served as Associate Dean of Counseling and Academic Advising at Luzerne County Community College. Bush has been in the education field for over thirty years. She received her bachelor’s degree from Boston College, her master’s degree in Counseling from Marywood University, and her Ed.D. in Higher Education leadership from Wilkes University.
