Jeremy Bean is the Assistant Vice President for Enterprise Change &
Transformation at Penn State University. With over 20 years of experience, he has consulted and facilitated change initiatives across Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, government agencies, and higher education institutions—focusing on organizational effectiveness, development, and transformation.A certified change practitioner through Prosci, Jeremy is deeply committed to building agile, resilient, and learning-centered organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Network for Change and Continuous Innovation (NCCI), a membership organization supporting continuous transformation in higher education.
At Penn State, Jeremy leads enterprise-wide efforts to help university leadership and operational units understand and navigate the complexities of change. He is responsible for designing and implementing strategies and processes that enable efficient, innovative, and human-centered transformation—aligning with the University’s strategic priorities while reducing disruption and stress for stakeholders.
