Jeff Fahrenwald
Vice President of Strategy Realization
MPOWR Envision
After a 35-year career in higher education, Jeff Fahrenwald, MBA, is professor emeritus of business management at Rockford University. He served for 15 years as the Director of the MBA program and 5 years as the Associate VP of Graduate and Community Education. After retirement from university life, Jeff joined MPOWR in 2017 as Vice President of Strategy Realization. In this role, Jeff is responsible for working with the entire senior leadership team to develop and guide the strategic direction of MPOWR as well as facilitate and lead MPOWR Envision’s strategy services, including executive coaching and strategy workshops. Jeff has extensive experience working and consulting with for-profit and not-for-profit businesses as well as manufacturing, distribution and service organizations in facilitating strategy planning. In 2014, the Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce recognized Jeff, for his many contributions to his local community, as the 2014 Citizen of the Year.
