James Pfeiffer, AIA, LEED AP, is a Principal, award-winning designer, and creative collaborator in BNIM’s Kansas City office. James has led numerous projects that have set new standards in human-purposed, high-performance integrated design, including significant work with civic and academic institutions. James served as Principal and Project Manager for the new Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC) at Johnson County Community College which operates as a high-performance environment and serves as a living, teaching, and learning laboratory, allowing occupants to observe its inner workings and mechanics. His project leadership results in quantifiable positive outcomes for BNIM’s clients, from energy and water efficiency to improved occupant health and increased user productivity.
