Gargi Duttgupta
Assistant Director of Campus Planning
Colorado State University
Gargi Duttgupta currently serves as the Assistant Director of Campus Planning at Colorado State University. A seasoned Registered Architect with LEED AP (BD+C) certification, Gargi brings over 30 years of comprehensive architectural experience across public and private sectors in India and the United States. With expertise in strategic planning, master planning, new construction, remodels, and historic preservation, Gargi has led capital projects and teams (including planning/programming, design , and construction), sustainability initiatives, and design innovation. Gargi holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture and Urban Design, and regularly contributes professionally to organizations such as the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and serves as an Historic Landmark Board Member for the City of Westminster, CO. Additionally, she has served in mentoring roles and on the Women in Design, Steering Committee to support women leaders in design, architecture, and planning.
