Frances Mueller
Associate Vice Provost for Academic and Budgetary Affairs
University of Michigan-Ann Arbor
Frances serves as the provost’s liaison and advisor on matters related to strategic space and capital project planning at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, ensuring that institutional needs and interests are being met. She has worked in strategic space planning for over 10 years and has presented on this topic at a number of national conferences during this time. Previously, Frances held leadership positions in the Division of Student Life and the Business and Finance Division, where her work emphasized change management, business process improvement, and policy development for a variety of campus-wide projects and initiatives. She has a B.S. from Michigan Technological University and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University.
