Erika Fenik
Director of Institutional Planning and Engagement
Lorain County Community College
Elyria, OhioErika Fenik currently serves as the Director of Institutional Planning and Engagement at Lorain County Community College (LCCC), where they have worked for 15 years. She began her career at LCCC working in Institutional Research and now leads the college’s planning efforts, including serving as lead of the Institutional Planning Council and coordinating Integrated Planning meetings. Erika has played a key role in extensive engagement processes for the campus Visioning process and the development of Academic Master Plans as examples. In her role she enjoys helping support planning efforts at all levels of the institution. Erika holds a Master of Applied Communication Theory and Methodology from Cleveland State University.
