Diane S. Stephens
Associate Vice President for Academic Resources and Planning
California State University, Northridge
Diane S. Stephens is Associate Vice President for Academic Resources and Planning at California State University, Northridge and has over 25 years of experience in higher education. She is responsible for budget planning and management, facilities planning and utilization, and staff human resources planning for the Academic Affairs division of the University. Diane also acts as administrative sponsor for the Institute for Community Health and Wellbeing and the Bridge to the Future Scholars Program. She has participated in a variety of roles with the Society of College and University Planning (SCUP) and currently participates as a SCUP Planning Institute facilitator and as a member of the Resource and Budget Planning Academy. Diane has an MBA from CSU Northridge and her continuing education includes completion of the Harvard University Graduate School of Education Management Development Program, the Western Association of College and University Business Officers Business Management Institute, Leadership California, and the Society for College and University Planning Institute.
