Cimmeron is a higher education administrator who focuses on creating energy and efficiency in her work. She has served Ohio University in various roles and draws on her background of student success, operations and events, and space planning in her current role as the Chief Strategy, Operations and Facilities Officer for the College of Fine Arts. Her experience at OHIO has resulted in a proven track record of leading change, cultivating teams, and developing effective, lasting relationships. She thrives in the details of a project and loves creating processes to make work more efficient, which provides opportunities to be innovative in how she supports students, faculty, and staff. 

She currently resides in Athens with her two children and her husband, Ryan. They love attending OHIO Athletic events and exploring the outdoors.
