Cathy Pinskey
Capital Program Director
George Mason University
Cathy Pinskey has been Capital Program Director in Facilities at George Mason University (Mason) since 2016, responsible for Mason’s largest ever capital improvement programs. Prior to her present role, she was responsible for all facilities-related campus planning activities on all four of Mason’s campuses as Director of Campus Planning. She joined Mason as Director of Space Management in Facilities in November, 2004. During Pinskey’s time at Mason space has more than doubled from just over 3 million sq ft to approximately 9.2 million sq ft today. A registered architect in New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, Pinskey has a Master of Architecture degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master of Science in Education from Drexel University.
