Carrie supports Northwestern University’s strategic vision as the Senior Director of Facilities Capital Planning. With 20 years of planning, project development, and consensus-building experience at higher education institutions, Carrie is responsible for all aspects of master planning, space/building programming, project development, capital planning, and real-estate strategies. Solution-driven, Carrie leads campus projects from idea inception through project approval advising campus leadership and the Board of Trustees, Educational Properties Committee regarding all aspects of campus planning. Her role also oversees the space information and campus mapping systems tracking and reporting on over 16M GSF and over 275 acres. Carrie is honored to be a steward of one of Northwestern’s most valuable resources, our built environment.

Prior to joining Northwestern, Carrie served as the Assistant Director of Space Management & Capital Planning at Arizona State University responsible for facilities programming and planning, capital planning, space information management, and university classroom management. Carrie has also worked as a Capital Planning Specialist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
