University of South Florida
With a background in public service and higher education, Carole joined USF in 2016, working in various leadership positions in USF Health, including leading the academic, research, and clinical building operations. Carole took a two-year leave of absence from USF to serve as the City of Tampa’s Administrator for Development and Economic Opportunity overseeing Development and Construction Services, Real Estate, Affordable Housing, Historic Preservation, and the Convention Center.
