Carly Sunseri is the Senior Director of Data Science and Analytics within the Office of Planning, Assessment, and Institutional Research (OPAIR). In this role, she leads the Data Science team in uncovering powerful insights through predictive and prescriptive analytics—transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that shapes University policy and decision-making.

She joined Penn State as a member of the Business Intelligence team in 2015 before joining OPAIR in the winter of 2019. With a passion for turning complex data into clear, impactful narratives, she thrives at the intersection of technology, research, and institutional strategy.

Carly holds an MPS in Data Analytics from Penn State and a B.S. in Information Technology with Business Management from Juniata College.
