Blain is a 30-year professional in the Western US building design and construction industry. He currently leads Fortis Construction’s Utah Business Unit. Focused on educational facilities, Blain has lead numerous capital improvements for universities, school districts, bond programs and other institutions providing construction management, preconstruction, fiscal planning and solutions-based expertise for clients. He is active in industry and community in bringing awareness, excitement and promotion of CTE/STEM based career and educational pathways for aspiring students in primary, secondary and higher education.
