Focused on educational facilities, Blain has lead numerous capital improvements for universities, school districts, bond programs and other institutions providing construction management, preconstruction, fiscal planning and solutions-based expertise for clients. He is active in industry and community in bringing awareness, excitement and promotion of CTE/STEM based career and educational pathways for aspiring students in primary, secondary and higher education.
