Annie Davis Weber, Ed.D. is the assistant provost for strategic planning at the University of Kentucky. In that role, she oversees institutional and college-level planning, program review, assessment of student learning, and accreditation. She previously served as the manager of strategic planning at the University of Mississippi. Weber has a doctorate of education in higher education leadership and policy from Vanderbilt University, and a master’s in public administration from Ohio University. She lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with her husband, Eric Thomas Weber, and three children, Helen, Sam, and Elliott.
